I’ve had a lifelong connection to movement, but my relationship with fitness — and with my own body — has evolved many times over the years. After spending many years in the fitness industry, I knew I wanted to create something different. Something more supportive. More inclusive.

Finding Fitness is built on the belief that your value has nothing to do with a number on a scale or how you look. I’m here to help you discover what your body can do right now through sustainable, functional movement and strength training that meets you exactly where you are.
